This Professional Mentor Training Programme was introduced in 2024 by the Irish Medtech Skillnet, based on the expressed need from the industry for a globally recognised qualification in mentoring.

Over multiple iterations, the programme has evolved into a time-efficient, highly-focused three month learning experience that students both enjoy and benefit greatly from.
