Mentee? Manatee? What is that?

We know. You don't normally talk about "mentees" in social conversations but it's the jargony term we use for the person you are helping to mentor.

When you are mentoring, you have a mentee!

As part of this programme, we're going to be guiding you through the process of working with your nominated mentee. We'll help you prepare for your meetings and work through a structured process afterwards to ensure you are learning from the interactions.

We learn best when we're working on real challenges that are in front of us, so no role-playing here, we need you to find a suitable mentee and have them agree to work with you over the three month period, at least.
